In the first client meeting, D K Beer will ascertain the client's requirements and expectations for the job. Discussions will take place regarding timescales, budgets and standards of work required. |

A meeting to confirm the project plan and scope of works, a final agreement on timescales, budgets and standards of work. Also a C.D.M.* will be discussed at this stage. |

These meetings can be run either by D K Beer or by the client, and the purpose of these meetings is to ensure that all is running to plan and on time. If there are any changes to the original specifications, these meetings are ideal for removing any obstacles that might have arisen since initial planning. |

Review of quality of work with the client, including a full discussion of the project covering all aspects such as our management of the job, your expectations and feedback on the whole package. |
